ONGC Apprentice में भर्ती के लिए जनरल वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों का जन्म 25 अक्टूबर 2000 से पहले और 25 अक्टूबर 2006 के बाद न हुआ हो। OBC कैंडिडेट का जन्म 25 अक्टूबर 1997 से पहले और 25 अक्टूबर 2006 के बाद न हुआ हो। वहीं SC, ST वर्ग के छात्रों का जन्म 25 अक्टूबर 1995 से पहले और 25 अक्टूबर 2006 के बाद न हुआ हो। आयु की गणना 25 अक्टूबर 2024 से की जायेगी।

ONGC Apprentice में चयनित उम्मीदवार को एजुकेशन के मुताबिक सैलरी दी जाएगी, जो निम्नलिखित है;-
Graduate Apprentice के लिए 9,000 रुपए दिए गए है, Diploma के लिए 8,000 रुपए और Trade Apprentice के लिए 7,000 रुपए तय की गई है।
